AN ACT supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from the state fund, general
revenue, to the department of administration - public defender
services, fund 0226, fiscal year 2005, organization 0221, all
supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand five.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund,
general revenue, to the department of administration - public
defender services, fund 0226, fiscal year 2005, organization 0221,
be amended and reduced in the existing line item as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and increase items of existing
appropriations in the aforesaid account for the designated spending
unit. The funds are for expenditure during the fiscal year two
thousand five with no new money being appropriated.
